Look For the Union Fable
02/23/2011

The good news out of Wisconsin is that public school students’ test scores skyrocketed last week, mystifying educators. The bad news is many student-teacher love affairs were hard-hit without access to janitors’ closets and locker rooms. Democrats are acting as if Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker’s demand that public sector employees give up collective bargaining would have George Washington rolling in his grave (a clear violation of Gravediggers’ Local 803 regulations concerning the rolling of the dead). In fact, government employees should never, ever be allowed to organize. The need for a union comes down to this question: Do you have a boss who wants you to work harder for less money? In the private sector, the answer is yes. In the public sector, the answer is a big, fat NO.

Government unions have nothing in common with private sector unions because they don’t have hostile management on the other side of the bargaining table. To the contrary, the “bosses” of government employees are co-conspirators with them in bilking the taxpayers. Far from being careful stewards of the taxpayers’ money, politicians are on the same side of the bargaining table as government employees — against the taxpayers, who aren’t allowed to be part of the negotiation. This is why the head of New York’s largest public union in the mid-’70s, Victor Gotbaum, gloated, “We have the ability to elect our own boss.”

Democratic politicians don’t think of themselves as “management.” They don’t respond to union demands for more money by saying, “Are you kidding me?” They say, “Great — get me a raise too!” Democrats buy the votes of government workers with generous pay packages and benefits — paid for by someone else — and then expect a kickback from the unions in the form of hefty campaign donations, rent-a-mobs and questionable union political activity when they run for re-election.

In 2006, 10,000 public employees staged a rally outside the New Jersey State House to protest the mere discussion of a cut to their gold-plated salaries and benefits. Then-Gov. Jon Corzine leapt onto the stage shouting: “We will fight for a fair contract!” Only later, someone noticed: Wait — isn’t he management? (It takes a special kind of courage to promise 10,000 crazed union agitators that you’ll fight to get them more money.) Service Employees International Union officials openly threaten California legislators. At a 2009 legislative hearing, an SEIU member sneered into a microphone: “We helped to getchu into office, and we gotta good memory. Come November, if you don’t back our program, we’ll getchu out of office.”

It used to be widely understood that collective bargaining has no place in government employment. In 1937, the American president beloved by liberals, FDR, warned that collective bargaining “cannot be transplanted into the public service.” George Meany, head of the AFL-CIO for a quarter century, said unions were not appropriate for civil servants. As recently as 1978, the vast majority of states prohibited unionization of government employees.

Anytime there is the slightest suggestion that perhaps in the middle of a deep recession, public school teachers should pay 1.5 percent of their salaries toward their extravagant health care plans for their entire families, suddenly we get television ads of hard-working men doing dangerous jobs on docks and in foundries while being abused by their greedy capitalist overseers.

The unions must be desperately hoping that no one will notice … Wait a minute! WE’RE TALKING ABOUT TEACHERS! This isn’t the Discovery Channel’s “Dirty Jobs” — it’s Mrs. Cooper’s seventh-grade “values clarification” class. With heavy union dues, labor has plenty of money to pay for propaganda and to threaten and bribe politicians. On his first day in office, the Republican governor of Indiana, Mitch Daniels, signed an executive order denying public sector employees the right to bargain collectively — something that had been granted, naturally, by a Democratic governor.

As a result, Indiana government employees instantly got to take home an extra thousand dollars that no longer went to union dues — and good employees started getting raises, while bad employees got cashiered. But government workers think the job of everyone else in the economy is to protect their high salaries, crazy work rules and obscene pensions. They self-righteously lecture us about public service, the children, a “living wage” — all in the service of squeezing more money from the taxpayer to fund their breathtakingly selfish job arrangements.

There’s never a recession if you work for the government. The counties with the highest per capita income aren’t near New York City or Los Angeles — they’re in the Washington, D.C., area — a one-company town where the company is the government. The three counties with the highest incomes in the entire country are all suburbs of Washington. Eleven of the 25 counties with the highest incomes are near Washington.

For decades now, the Democrats have had a good gig buying the votes of government workers with outrageous salaries, benefits and work rules — and then sticking productive earners with the bill. But, now, we’re out of money, no matter how long Wisconsin Democrats hide out in Illinois.

The Abortionists House of Horrors

Posted: February 16, 2011 in Uncategorized

I had to chuckle when I saw Lisa Edelstein’s (TV’s Dr. Cuddy from HOUSE) new pro choice abortion video proclaiming the Republicans were forcing women back to coat hangers and back alleys. What was so funny is that liberals, not Republicans have damaged, hurt, killed more women since Roe v Wade than any fantastical assertions by the abortion on demand left. How can I claim that statement? Because I understand how the liberals work. You see it’s much easier to scream about a women’s right to choose than do something that might bring an ugly perception of the safe, rare, painless abortive process of removing a living fetus.

I read the 281 page GRAND JURY finding in the case on the monster known as Dr. Gosnell and his house of horrors that was an abortion mill. Is it bad enough that he had no other medically licensed people in the office other than himself, that high school drop outs performed anesthesia, or abortions themselves while the good doctor was out of the office. By day the “clinic” was a prescription outlet for anyone that wanted pain pills and had cash. The Doctor was not there during the day, he simply signed his name on hundreds of blank prescriptions and let his flunkies fill them out. Again no one was licensed, not even a single nurse. At night that’s when the Doctor arrived sometimes as late as ten p.m. Women were waiting for him, already drugged unconscious and given large amounts of labor inducing drugs, the Doctor would arrive to abort the fetus, and many, many times alive. Hell it was so common to abort a birthed child several of the staff had to do it themselves to keep up with the numerous operations taking place. You just hold the squirming crying child in one hand and with the other stab the baby in the back of the neck with scissors and snip the spinal cord. Safe, rare, and painless as Hillary might say.

For decades the good Doctor plied his trade. Ofcourse numerous women needed to be ambulanced to a hospital dying, hell some did. But that didn’t mean that the good doctors at University of Pennsylvania Hospital or Presbyterian Hospital felt the need to report these incidents, even though state law required. And even after Dr. Gosnells clinic was inspected and the concerns of roaming cats, piss, shit, boxes of medical records left in the open, unclean medical instruments, unsanitary bedding, broken blood pressure, broken oxygen, etc. were reported – no one from the Department of Health bothered to show up in 16 years. The only reason Dr. Gosnell and clinic were raided was due to the illegal prescriptions sold during the day. If anyone in the regulatory or administrative branch of Pennsylvania’s government had looked into Dr. Gosnell after dozens of complaints maybe Karnamaya Mongar would be alive today or Dana Haynes would still have her cervix or Marie Smith not need a hysterectomy at 19. And there are hundreds of others who were tricked into sedation only to be given induced labor so the good Doctor could perform his tasks on quiet patients.

And why, why did all this go undiscovered you ask. I tell you the plain and bloody truth to it. It’s better that Dr. Gosnell’s be allowed to performing their medical tortures than let anyone from the prolife movement have any ammo in slowing or restricting ANY abortion. Hell they had the law changed in Pennsylvania that banned inspections of abortion clinics. Why? Because inspecting a clinic might obstruct or scare a woman seeking an abortion. Better to let the clinics run themselves.

Here is a list of the crimes Dr. Gosnell and his staff are charged with by the Grand Jury: Murder, Infanticide, Violation of the controlled substance act, Obstruction, Perjury, Conspiracy, Corruption of minors, Late Term Abortions, Abuse of a Corpse. The good Doctor like to cut off the feet of the baby and keep in the refridge next to the tuna salad. Just like the videos showing workers and administrators at Planned Parenthood actively helping a pimp sell 13, 14, 15, girls for sex and cover it up, nothing must be allowed to impede abortions. So liberals will allow any horror to maintain and fester, they will hide it, defend it, attack anyone who dares contemplate stopping an abortion. And that is the world we live in today.

In hearing of the house of horrors that was the abortion clinic run by Dr. Kermit Gosnell in Philadelphia, I can only imagine how wide the smiles are on the faces of liberals and democrats. Here is the shinning example of  Roe v Wade, eugenics, Planned Parenthood and Margaret Sanger, the Clinton’s and all those fake white liberals who sing their love for black people. 42 complaints about Dr. Gosnell have been lodged in the past decade and no one in the Philadelphia gov’t , or state of Pennsylvania thought it prudent that someone should investigate or just  fucking walk in the front door.

If they had they may have asked why this “clinic” resembled cannibal Ed Gein’s barn, where he strung women up to butcher them like deer for his evening meals. Perhaps they could have prevented the death in 2009 of  Karnamaya Mongar, who died of overdose because Gosnell had a high school drop put performing anesthesia. Or any of the eight live born babies (when it’s out of the uterus is a baby liberals) he held in his hands and stabbed with scissors to kill them. Luckily the good doc had a habit of cutting off their feet for a specimen jar or he was just as likely to use what ever Tupperware was around to preserve the body. Your done with that sandwich right?

Now given the location of the clinic, a very poor neighborhood or ghetto, I going to leap to the assumption that these babies were most black. I will also assume over at Planned Parenthood and at the headquarters of the Democrat National Committee, Dr. Gosnell is being championed for some kind of award as a hero. Democrats and liberals love to dance when blacks get killed, murdered or aborted. They can climb a soapbox and yell about the injustice while their hands drip with the victims blood and often they hold the murder weapon.

Democrats often refer to their Nazi card – they should. Like those ambitious Aryans ridding the world of inferior races – democrats have far surpassed the Holocaust death numbers. Margaret Sanger founder of Planned Parenthood that fights for women to have the choice of abortion and winner to some MLK award in 1966 once said and I quote, human weeds,’ ‘reckless breeders,’ ‘spawning… human beings who never should have been born.”  Margaret Sanger, Pivot of Civilization, referring to immigrants and poor black people. She also said,The most merciful thing that a large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.” Margaret Sanger, Women and the New Races.  And lastly “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population,” she said, “if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” Woman’s Body, Woman’s Right: A Social History of Birth Control in America, by Linda Gordon.

This is just one sect of the Cult of Death that is liberalism. Those murdered babies could have lived to be anything, perhaps a killer, perhaps a saint, the problem lies with the culture that is fostered by liberals that tell children to fuck, encourages them, and them gives them the outlet to erase the child. Destroying two lives. Show me the women who does not carry guilt from an abortion( I know a few) and I call her a liar or worse a sociopath. But from your TV at home to the classroom, kids are submerged in a wave of desensitized lechary. Hell even some the teachers get involved as the news will tell you.

Dr. Gosnell is just the instrument that liberalism uses to continue its unabated march toward extermination of the world so it can be saved for a few like thinkers like Margaret Sanger. They will slaughter everyone so they can reset the world as they see fit and so many of us stupidly keep voting for these rat bastards. I especially love the black voter support for the very criminals that keep them poor and uneducated. But I guess you have to hand it to the Democrats they have repackaged the Plantation and it still sells.

On Monday the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment applies to states and cities as well as the federal government. Judging from their objections, the four dissenters were still reeling from the Court’s landmark 2008 decision recognizing that the amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms.

In their dissenting opinions, Justices John Paul Stevens and Stephen Breyer (joined by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor) worry that overturning gun control laws undermines democracy. If “the people” want to ban handguns, they say, “the people” should be allowed to implement that desire through their elected representatives.

What if the people want to ban books that offend them, establish an official church, or authorize police to conduct warrantless searches at will? Those options are also foreclosed by constitutional provisions that apply to the states by way of the 14th Amendment. The crucial difference between a pure democracy and a constitutional democracy like ours is that sometimes the majority does not decide.

Likewise, Stevens defends “state and local legislatures’ right to experiment,” while Breyer is loath to interfere with “the ability of States to reflect local preferences and conditions—both key virtues of federalism.” Coming from justices who think Congress can disregard state decisions about the medical use of marijuana because a plant on the windowsill of a cancer patient qualifies as interstate commerce, this sudden concern about federalism is hard to take seriously.

Another reason to doubt the dissenters’ sincerity: They would never accept federalism as a rationale for letting states “experiment” with freedom of speech, freedom of religion, or due process protections. Much of their job, as they themselves see it, involves overriding “local preferences” that give short shrift to constitutional rights.

Second Amendment rights are different, Breyer says, because “determining the constitutionality of a particular state gun law requires finding answers to complex empirically based questions.” So does weighing the claims in favor of banning child pornography or depictions of animal cruelty, relaxing the Miranda rule, admitting illegally obtained evidence, or allowing warrantless pat-downs, dog sniffs, or infrared surveillance.

When they decide whether a law or practice violates a constitutional right, courts cannot avoid empirical questions. In cases involving racial discrimination or content-based speech restrictions, for example, they ask whether the challenged law is “narrowly tailored to serve a compelling state interest” and is the “least restrictive means” of doing so.

But unlike equal protection or freedom of speech, Stevens says, “firearms have a fundamentally ambivalent relationship to liberty.” How so? “Just as they can help homeowners defend their families and property from intruders,” he explains, “they can help thugs and insurrectionists murder innocent victims.”

Every right can be abused, with results that are immoral, illegal, or both. Freedom of speech can be used to spread hateful ideas, promote pernicious political philosophies, slander the innocent, or engage in criminal conspiracies. If there were no potential for harm from exercising a right, there would be no need to protect it, because no one would try to restrict it.

The dissenters’ most frivolous objection is that making states obey the Second Amendment “invites an avalanche of litigation,” as Stevens puts it. Every day we hear about cases in which people argue that the government has violated their rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, or Eighth amendment. Neither Stevens nor Breyer wants to stop this “avalanche.” Only when the Second Amendment is added to the mix do they recoil in horror at the prospect that Americans will use the courts to vindicate their rights.

Stevens warns that “the practical significance of the proposition that ‘the Second Amendment right is fully applicable to the States’ remains to be worked out by this Court over many, many years.” But that’s because the Court for many, many years ignored the Second Amendment while gradually defining the contours of its neighbors in the Bill of Rights. There is a lot of catching up to do.

Minutes ago I watched a vid from a town hall meeting a few days ago. Rep. Pete Stark (13th District, California – Alameida/Oakland) was speaking to his constituents and was the biggest asshole possible. If they were dying of thirst he would have given them sand. The majority of the video clip deals with the voters asking about border security – Stark tells them is totally secure, he accuses Minute Men members of wanting to shoot people, he answers they’re questions with a level of condescension that’s unimaginable. And here lies the answer – a dickhead that big, has got to fucking go. Go to http://www.chrispareja.com/ and help this guy retire this fucking dick. Watch the video and you will propery pissed.

Todays decision by the Supreme Court moves America one step further from tyranny and recognizes the basic human principle that any person can defend themselves and protect their property. We are unlike every other country in the world because we understand that there is no liberty, no freedom, no happiness if you are dead. I have never truly understood why anyone had a problem with the 2nd Amendment. ”A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Those against have always used the first part regarding militia as to say it meant army. They skip the comma and over look the word P E O P L E because to allow the morons to keep and bear arms is not uncivilized but it throws a monkey into the wrench i.e. the enslavery of  us. Tyranny cannot flourish when the opposition can shoot back.

What many do not understand was our Fore Fathers took this right from the English Bill of Right of 1689. Blackstone himself in his commentaries discussed how this right is the true nature of freedom. Liberty must be defended, nationally first then by the state and if all else fails, the individual is the last line of defense. Because when everything else has failed who is going to protect you? Sharon Tate was beautiful, pregnant and famous, and was butchered. The only gun in the house belonged to Tex Watkins and the Mason murderers and Tate, Stephen Parent, Wojciech Frykowski, Abijail Folger, Jay Sebring were slaughtered without the ability to DEFEND themselves. All their money and fame, their influential friends, status and celebrity gave them no shield or quarter.

The right to bear arms has greater meaning than owning a gun. It is saying that you have a right to your life, that you must defend yourself, that we, each and every one of us in a very literal meaning are the last line for freedom. If that is not worth fighting for, than fight for your family and your own life because like or not – it’s your damned right to.

I am Neda

Posted: June 16, 2010 in Uncategorized

Last night I watched the HBO documentary, “I am Neda” about the life of a young Iranian girl who stood against Islamic religious suppression and took a bullet through her heart for the effort.

Neda Soltan

Her family buried her the day after she was murdered without an Iman to say prayers, because the Iranian government would not allow it. They even refused to allow the family to memorialize Neda after 40 days which s traditional and customary under Islam. Iran is the front line in the global war on terrorism, and Iranians like Neda risk everything.

Neda, moments after been shot

How did such a beautiful, loving girl become a martyr for freedom? The video of her death went viral in minutes and became the “shot heard ’round the world” in the new Iranian revolution. Watch the documentary. Please.

In line with Iran where girls can forced into marriage at age 9, where a woman’s testimony is legally considered half value of a man, where a man can divorce his wife but not visa versa, I suggest you rent the true story, “The Stoning of Soraya M”. You heard it right  stoning.

The Baby Boom Generation (of which I am a member) are people born between 1946-1966. Called such because after WWII American’s got busy getting busy. Baby Boomers are the largest age group demographic in the country. We have the most workers, make the highest wages, pay the highest taxes. Baby Boomers account for 90% of all taxes paid by the middle class – 90%. In a country where almost half of citizens pay no taxes at all, Boomers pick up the load. And now the bad news. Boomers start hitting retirement next year.

This country is fucked.

Under the current President, the federal budget has tripled Bush’s numbers, given to you this Democratic Congress and President Obama. We just spent a trillion-dollar stimulus bill that essentially created not one job. Obama’s own White House budgeting office now claims the national debt will rise to 13 TRILLION DOLLARS. By 2013 the debt could be 90% of our GDP. In other words if you make a hundred dollars a week you pay 90 for rent. Electricity, water, food, gas, car payments, insurance, clothing, medical bills, cable, all has to come out of the 10 bucks you have left. And what do this imbecile Obama do? He makes the hiring of Federal Employees a priority. For every federal employee that is hired there needs to be 16 private employee’s to pay for their salary and benefits. Does any of this make sense? And that is before taxes and cost of business even reflect the economic situation that is affecting private business today. What the hell is going to happen when beginning next year and every year after the biggest, most productive tax base of middle class workers starts retiring? Taco Bell employees do not pay enough  taxes to support the Boomer retirement. You could take every penny of the millionaires and billionaires money and that would not pay he debt down after this fucking moron from Harvard. Everyday less money is coming into the government but they spend more. They just voted for Cap and Tax last night! I’m not one for conspiracies but I am beginning to wonder about one now.

I have a suggestion. Make sure you have gold to trade and enough bullets to protect what you have.

You may ask yourself how the hell did this happen? I mean sure things were looking bleak in Iraq but then the Surge worked and our attention fell not upon Afghanistan and the growing Pakistan/Taliban menace but instead a savior was found. I remained skeptical because I was taught not to honor false Gods.  But still somehow 67 million Americans pulled the lever for the Great Impersonator Barack Obama. Like a great Shakespearian actor, who had rehearsed the lines and perfected the wardrobe, “Obama the Saviour” opened in the White House to sold crowds and sold out critics. It was heralded as a hit and was forecast to be the greatest show ever seen. And now sixteen months have passed and what have we learned? America has 67 million idiots.

Here is the problem when yo elect someone who has book smarts but no street smarts. Obama surrounded himself with all brainiac’s he could find, none of them can turn a wrench. He plans to spend more money in his term than all the other 43 former Presidents combined. We got healthcare nobody wants and still nobody knows what’s in it or exactly how much it’s going to cost, they just know it’s going to cost more than they said. President Obama is busy making sure more American’s are employed, by the federal government though and the last time I checked, the federal government does make anything and doesn’ turn a profit. That’s what a Harvard eduction will get you.

He has gotten nowhere with Iran, or Russia to help with Iran. Nowhere with N. Korea who is trying to start a war with the South or China to help with N. Korea. Europe looks at him now like a boob and not the good kind either. Unemployment is still up, private industry salaries are down (which is bad because we pay for all of his federal employee’s), stockmarket is psycho, picks a fight with Arizona for enforcing a federal law and the sixth largest economy; California is about to go BOOM! And then we sprang a leak under the Gulf of Mexico. 40 plus days later and now, now Obama says he is ready to “kick some ass”.  I would suggest he start with himself.
